Initial Consult: 60 minutes – $180
During this consultation we will get to know each other and where I will ask some questions to better understand your goals, medical history, eating and exercise habits and anything else that is relevant to your health, nutrition or specific goals. Come with your questions too!
Then education tailored to your goals will be provided, and we will work together to come up with interventions and strategies that suit your lifestyle that you can begin to implement immediately to help you reach your goal.
All clients can receive a personalised meal plan* if they prefer as well as extra materials or recipes may be provided if that helps you.
*Extra charge will be applied
Follow Up Consult: 30 minutes – $130
During follow-up consultation(s) we will discuss how you went from the last consult, track your progress, adjust your plan and ensure that you are progressing.
Number of follow-up consultations depends on you, the level of accountability you require (which can be a major factor in getting results) as well as your health concerns. We will discuss this during the first consultation.
Personalised Meal Plans
I am about simple and easy delicious foods. So, meal plans will not require you to spend a lot of hours preparing your food. The meal plans are flexible they teach you how to tweak your current meals or build more healthy balanced meals or snacks.
The meal plans are customised to your specific individual requirements, eating preferences and goals.
Rebates
Medicare Rebate
Medicare rebates are available but you will need to have a valid EPC or CDM plan from your Doctor. This entitles you to a rebate of $58 for each of the 5 sessions.
Private Health
To receive private health rebates, you need to make sure that your private health covers dietitian services. If so, you will be provided with a copy of the paid invoice after your appointment for you to lodge with your insurance company to receive your rebate.
